We operate from Smartupden plaza bahria town and sell a range of products to customers in Pakistan and, where available, internationally.

For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is due when the order is delivered. Orders may be held, cancelled, or delayed if payment information cannot be verified or if a payment is reversed, declined, or disputed.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown at checkout or communicated after ordering. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by address accuracy, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. International customers are responsible for complying with import requirements and paying any applicable customs duties or taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Returns and refunds

Subject to product condition and any applicable legal rights, eligible items may be returned within the return period communicated with your order. Items should generally be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and tags. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be refundable where the return results from our error or a defective product. Refund timing can depend on your payment provider or bank.
